Marina Miller Joins Benevis as Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Experienced recruiting professional joins leading dental services organization to focus on clinical talent acquisition strategy

Miller, a seasoned provider recruiting professional with extensive experience in the dental space, will lead the Provider Recruitment team and develop strategies to attract and on-board the right talent. Miller has a long record of helping organizations establish employment brands, recruiting processes, and talent assessment strategies.

Miller brings more than 20 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience to her new role at Benevis. Previously, she served as Dental Dreams Sr. Director of Doctor Recruitment and Relations, where she successfully developed and implemented unique provider recruitment strategies. Miller’s strong sales experience from prior roles at Colorscience and the Jones Group will also be an asset to the organization.
